As a knowledge and documentation consultant, he helps Surgo develop and share its data and expertise through peer-reviewed articles, monographs, and other publications. 

He has extensive experience in drafting and editing global public health content for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the World Health Organization and other United Nations agencies. James has a degree in modern languages from Cambridge University.
