As an associate, Haley supports Surgo’s innovative programs by contributing to research and program design, analysis, and synthesis of lessons learned. She is passionate about helping to uncover insights that inform solutions to complex health and development challenges. 

Previously, she served as a senior program officer at University Research Co., where she provided support for USAID-funded projects focusing on tuberculosis and HIV. Haley has a M.P.H. in global health from George Washington University and a B.A. in English from the University of Delaware.
