What you’ll do:
We are looking for an experienced client and project manager who will drive the end-to-end management, execution, and growth of a portfolio of client engagements in US healthcare. You will be the primary point person for our clients and responsible for understanding the key business problems they are trying to solve. You are critical to ensuring we deliver value to our clients, create long term relationships, and build products that meet client needs.

We are a seed stage start-up, and you will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with a cross-functional team to roll-out the next generation of solutions to bring patient-centric personalization to healthcare.
What you’ll achieve:
Own and manage relationships with clients. You will be the front face of the engagement with clients delivering high quality client service, developing a deep understanding of their pain points, and helping them get the most value of Surgo’s products.
Lead end-to-end client delivery. You will design scopes of work, manage client onboarding, and lead cross functional teams to execute . You will ensure that we impress at every interaction, build trust in our products, and keep and grow our first few clients.
Provide technical and managerial support to clients. This includes bringing technical knowledge and know-how to design products and build client use cases for our products. You will creatively brainstorm and solve problems with clients as a thought partner.
Grow Surgo’s business. You will do this by identifying clients and opportunities, supporting pitches and proposals, and translating client needs to our product roadmap.
Develop compelling client pitches and presentations. Summarize our work and product insights for a variety of audiences
About you:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (required)
At least 8+ years of experience working in consulting/customer success, within life sciences
Strong client-focused project manager with excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
Technical understanding to translate data, analytics, and products to client needs
US healthcare market expert and deep understanding the players in the space, healthcare tech, and how providers and payers think of and buy products
Strategic thinker who translates Surgo product solutions to solve client problem
Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
