As an analyst on Surgo's India team, Devika supports Surgo’s programs through research and analysis, project implementation, and team coordination. Her work is focused on efforts to understand and improve TB medication adherence in India.

Devika has worked in the past with a national education non-profit on strengthening learning outcomes in private schools. There, she supported the design and implementation of large-scale evaluations in Andhra Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. She also worked with India's government think tank NITI Aayog, and co-authored a landscape report on India's private schools.

Devika graduated with a degree in Philosophy from Columbia University.
