Danielle oversees operations at Surgo, where she focuses on internal strategy, people, and growth. She is passionate about investing in data-driven solutions that have a concrete impact on people and communities, and her training in macro-level social work has shaped her people-centered approach to leadership. 

Danielle has a B.A. in sociology and child development from Central Michigan University and an M.S.W. from the University of Michigan.
